Hasn't been looking into new job these 2 weekss. But happen to see many advertisements like this... Someone told me that he's paranoid of doing this kinda of job again. But do we have a choice? Or can we do something different?
Requirements:

* Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
* 3-5 years post-qualification experience in system analysis and design, internet application development and system integrations
* Proficient in Visual Basic, PHP/ASP/JSP/Servlet and Oracle SQL
* Experience on unix system administration will be an advantage
* Hands-on IT project management experience
* Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills

Job Duties:
Involved in the full SDLC and project management including

* Collect and study user requirement
* Conduct system analysis
* Prepare functional and technical specifications
* Lead the development of application
* Coordinate and conduct UAT
* Conduct user training and on-going support
