My first impression on this email is just a spam / junk mail. Then I went on to your website, and I was surprised to see that the originater of the email is from NTUC Income, with an email address NOT from NTUC Income. If this email is really sent by the advisor, I believe it reflects very badly on the the image of NTUC income, especially when I am already under the cover of NTUC insurance, by another advisor.
