{ABC} \not \subset {Americans}

I finally got my visa today. After 2 hours of waiting and just a 5 minutes of inteview. The process is unexpectedly smooth. One important factor is the ABC interviewer, who just asked only the standard questions. Only conclusion is... {ABC} must not be a subset of Americans.

It has to do with your nationality. Frankly, I don't remember the officer asking anything else except 1 qn abt the I-20. --jm

Well... things are not as simple as they seem. The embassy accepts both booking and walk-ins. I booked and went for the 10:30am slot. When I reach, they put me together with the walkin persons. Then when I submitted my application, the clerk saw my passport, and asked me if I have HK ID card. I showed it to her, and she striked off the passport number in my application form and changed to the HK ID number. And I thot to myself, "that's the end... they'd see me the same with hundreds of people in queue..."
