Bored to Death...

Now I understand how a person can be dead of boredom. A studend just went for some eye treatment and his exam period is granted 45 minutes more, but need to be done in a separate lecture room. It started at 2pm until 5:45pm and I was told to invigilate him, alone. In this 3 hours 45 minutes, I need to face him alone in this lecture room. In the first hour 30 minute, I could still read my book. In the last 2 hours, I couldn't stand it and I need to walk around, behind the student's back. I rather die than to be in the room anymore. Then, at 5:15pm I could finally annouce "You have 30 minutes more..." and finally "You have 5 minutes left, no candicate is allowed to leave......", with a smile.

During a time when I was standing up, I realise it was like a scene in movie "Transparent", that genius was taking exam and a police guard needs to be around standing in front of the lecture.
