Went out to shop tonite. Found that I could only get something when I go alone.

  • I passwd by a small shop on sport wears and equipment. I asked for the water bag you put into the backpack so that you can just suck from the tube when you are walking. I get it for HK$140! I never understand why so expensive, it'll be just similar to those urine bags used in hospital, right?. And, until now I still dunno how to remove the "bite me" cap the end of the tube and re-fill in the water.
  • I went to "298 shopping centre", wanted to look for blue tooth usb port. But it more expensive than I thought. USB devices like memory stick/compact flash readers can get for only $50. But about the same size, a simple bluetoolth device cost about $200. Not worth it.
  • Since I can't get what I want, I went over to next door, the "188 shopping centre". There were all the funny stuff, like jap vcd, games, magzine, .... and 2nd hand CD shops. I went toa 2nd hand CD shop, on glass door, I found the CD that I always wanted to get. It's brand new.
  • Maybe I should say more about this CD first. I first saw it when it was first released in 1995. Saw it at Pacific Place (??? the one opposite of Fae East???) Tower Record. This just released Jap CD then was going for S$75!!! I didn't get it as I was, and I still am, an poor guy. Over the years, I read from the newsgroups, music review,... etc that the CD is the MUST-HAVE. People are asking for directions to 2nd hand CD shops in japan, just to source for the CD. Postings about any copied available in amazon/ebay aution sites. And the sad thing is CD is no longer re-released again.
  • Hmm.... so it'll be nice for me to get the CD right, since it's brand new somemore. Well, CD shops are smart, they know that demand is high, the price is no longer something like S$75. it's more expensive by a f.ew magnitude. So should I get it??
  • Hard Decision. It took me the same amount of time to consider as in the Tower Record. But after an hour, I went back to the shop and ask for discount. He didn't want to give a cent!!! In the end I gave in =( . But that guy told me the previous copy he didn't know it was so damn hard, it was sold for $800, the next copy, he's going to sell for $1200!!!
  • I gave all i have in my wallet. After buy the CD, I only got HK$30 in my wallet for dinner.
  • Well, the thing is not only about having bought the CD I always wanted to get. On the way back to hostel, I felt that I am blessed and these 2 years are general happy (except the time that I'm unhappy). I get do what I always wanted to do, but I didn't, due to whatever reasons. So, what else more do I expect???
